Premier Outfitters is strategically located in the heart of Western Kentucky’s premier hunting region, spanning the fertile farmlands and hardwood-covered hills of Christian, Calloway and Trigg Counties. This area is nationally recognized for producing record-book whitetail deer and hosting some of the best Eastern wild turkey hunting in the country.

Sound conservation and herd management guide everything we do. We are committed to ethical harvest standards and do not allow the taking of young or substandard bucks, helping protect the long-term quality of the deer herd and the future of the hunting experience we offer.
While every hunter hopes for success, it’s important to remember that we pursue 100% wild whitetail deer under fair-chase conditions — and with true hunting, there are no guarantees. Deer movement is influenced by many natural factors beyond our control, including weather shifts, warmer-than-normal temperatures, and extended periods of rain, all of which can impact activity and opportunity.
Hunters can significantly improve their chances by committing to time on stand and trusting the process. Leaving the stand frequently for mid-morning breaks, delaying afternoon sits, or requesting constant location changes can reduce encounters and educate mature bucks. Consistency, patience, and discipline are key when pursuing older deer.
Ultimately, not every hunter will fill a tag — and that is the nature of real hunting. Success is found in the pursuit, the experience, and the respect shown for the land, the wildlife, and the tradition.
Land & Herd Management
Western Kentucky is renowned for its exceptional whitetail genetics, but genetics alone aren't enough to consistently produce trophy bucks. Our mineral supplementation programs, vast acreage of crop lands and strict harvest guidelines work together to unlock the full genetic potential of our deer population.
Trail Cameras
Premier Outfitters observes and monitors the herd year-round. We know our deer's travel habits, energy consumption, hydration, food, and pressure are critical factors in the overall herd health and hunt opportunity. In addition to monitoring our herd's habits, our extensive use of trail cameras allows us to collect historical data on our bucks, such as aging our bucks and allowing a true hit list for our hunters.
